How it works
If you're interested in purchasing a particular investment property, we aim to make it as simple and straightforward as possible. Please see the diagram and process details below:

Once you've registered with us, we will place your details on our investor list and mail you when an investment opportunity becomes available.
If you decide to purchase a property through us, an e-mail notification will be required with the following "I WILL LIKE TO SECURE THE PROPERTY" and include your full name & all contactable numbers.
Once you have been accepted for the investment opportunity an online reservation form must be completed & a reservation fee paid (fully refundable if the deal falls through due to no fault of yours).
A RICS survey will be carried out on the property to establish the valuation.
Providing the valuation stacks up, we will then introduce you to our recommended solicitors and Mortgage Advisors. They will help you find the best deals to fund your purchase through us.
You will then be contacted by your solicitor to start the legal proceedings for your purchase. These are normally very simple for investment properties, but they will help you through the purchase process.
Once the purchase is completed, we hope you are happy with the purchase on your discounted property through Buy-Investment-Properties.
