Homebuyers Corporation and its associated companies are an independent organisation, established solely for the purpose of assisting council and housing association tenants through the complexities of purchasing their homes, under The Right to Buy, Shared Ownership and other purchase incentive schemes.

Collectively, our experience over 15 years has enabled the trouble free purchase of numerous council and housing association tenant dwellings countrywide.

We have numerous dealings with local authorities, housing association and Communities and Local Government.

2. Full Right to Buy Administration

We can take all the stress out of buying your home, saving you much time, effort and expenses. Your Housing adviser will help you complete all the initial paperwork, in the process of purchasing your home under the Right to Buy, from your initial application through to your eventual completion. Our customer service department will deal with your local authority and will ensure that the whole process is administrated within the legal time limits, whilst all the time keeping you regularly informed as to the process of your application.

3. Customer Service Charter

Our commitment to you as a valued client is to simply spell out what your expectations of us should be. Having emphasis on service, delivery, quality and efficiency this document clearly sets out how we aim to achieve and satisfy.

4. Day One Legal representation

Our solicitors will be instructed (unless you wish to use your own) and be on-hand to advise on all legal procedures, not only conveyancing, but every aspect of your application so at all times you are safe in the knowledge that you have qualified professional representation in all matters concerning your purchase.

5. No Conveyancing Fee

With the instruction of our solicitors and the successful completion of the purchase, Homebuyers Corporation will pay these fees for you (with some possible exceptions) as part of our complete service. Additionally there’s no separate Solicitors Basic fee to pay either.

6. 100% No Deposit Mortgage

We are able to arrange no-nonsense 100% no deposit mortgage through lending institutions that are high street household names. Ordinarily there’s no need for time consuming interviews with bank or building society staff and furthermore there no separate Property Valuation to pay

7. Independent Insurance Advice

Through our associate companies we are able to offer truly independent financial advice as authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). We have no ties with any insurance company, which means that you can benefit from our experience of looking at the market as a whole and offering the best suitable alternative for your individual needs.

8. Re-Valuation Service

should we think that your landlord has valued your home too high, we will quite simply prepare our case to appeal against this decision for redetermination, and apply under the relevant section of the Housing Act for revaluation and appoint an independent district valuer. In these matters we have a proven success rate where the price has been reduced!!

9. Extra Funding

In most instances, those tenants who wish to improve there home after purchasing can borrow additional funds for home improvement, by raising an additional sum in excess of the necessary finance to purchase your home. Homebuyers Corporation can help you with any plans you may have to improve your home through our associate company HBC Home Planners. Subject to the chosen lenders criteria and your status, it may also be possible to use this extra money to inject into your business, have a holiday of a lifetime, use as a deposit for another home or even pay for your children education.

10. Difficult Personal Circumstances

Our expertise with mortgages provided by banks, building societies and sub prime lenders enable us to recommend to you a mortgage offering excellent terms which suit your circumstances. If you have County Court Judgements (CCJ’s), defaults, rent arrears, bankruptcy, or unable to prove your income (self employed), we can still help you.

11. No Quibble Guarantee

If you change your mind within 10 days of entering into an agreement with us, you are assured of your rights to cancel the deal and receive all of your money back.

For all the above services, we charge a fee of £1600.00 for the Right to Buy processing plus 1% on completion for mortgage arrangement. You can start the Right to Buy process immediately by paying a deposit as little as £100.00 and the balance could be spread over 10 month (other plans are available).
